How long does it take to make custom made garments?
Depending upon the level of custom tailoring, it will take from 3 to 4 weeks.
How can a personal clothier help me?
By helping you pick out the fabrics and styles that look best on you. Coordinating your wardrobe and closet from all aspects is a plus you can rely on.
Can a personal clothier coordinate my closet at my home?
This is one of the benefits of your own personal clothier who can organize and coordinate existing and new garments to achieve your total wardrobing experience.
Can I have an extra pair of pants made with my suit?
Absolutely. In fact, it is a great idea if your lifestyle puts extra wear on your pants.
What if I gain or lose weight?
Our master tailors can work on your custom made garments to work with your change. If you gain 20 pound then letout. If you lose 40 to 75 pound then We do Re-Cut Job.

Q: What is the difference between a bespoke suit and an off the rack suit?
A: A bespoke suit is a suit that is made individually, made according to your size, shape and preferences. Retail off the rack suits come in standard sizes that are not your perfect fit.
Q: What is the procedure to getting a custom made suit?
A: There are 3 main steps.
1. Discuss your requirements with our fashion advisors. You can even bring a garment to be copied or a style from a magazine that you would like to be copied.
2. Select the fabrics you desire. There are over 1,000 fabric swatches to choose from.
3. Let us take your measurements along with digital photographs so that we can collect additional information about your body shape and size.
Q: Do you make ladies suits?
A: Of course! We want to make the ladies look good too.
Q: How long will it take to get my suits?
A: Orders taken from overseas take approximately 3-4 weeks. However we do offer express delivery of about 2 weeks at an extra cost.
Q: Do you keep measurements on file?
A: Yes, once our professional tailors measure you we will have your record on file for ten years. Thus reordering suits is much easier in the future.
Q: Do I need to get measured every time I order?
A: No. If your measurements have not changed and you want to keep everything the same, you can make another order with the exact same measurements as your previous order. We keep all your measurements on file so as to make the ordering process as easy as possible.
Q: What happens if the garment does not fit first time around?
A: If the garment doesn’t fit you, bring it back to us at any of our venues. Alterations are free of charge.
Q: What is the price range?
A: Our custom shirts range in price from $150 to $475, depending on the material. Suits range from $1300 to $9,000, also depending on the material.
Q: I have ordered several suits/shirts, but have only received one. Where are my other suits?
A: When you order more than 1 suit/shirt, we send out one first as a trial/fitting. When you receive your first suit/shirt, you should inform us of the fit so that we can make the appropriate modifications if necessary.
